ABOUT ME
Imogen completed her PhD in 2022 specialising in environmental toxicology and reproductive sciences. She has published a number of research articles and has presented at international academic conferences. A fundamental part of this is making complex research ideas accessible to the wider audiences through diagrams and graphics.
Imogen works as a freelance scientific illustrator and part time scenic artist. Imogen works with media including hand drawings and digital softwares to produce unique diagrams, graphics and designs for a range of purposes.

2019 - 2022
PhD Candidate
A three-year funded doctoral scholarship from Hartpury University and the University of the West of England. Thesis was titled 'Male reproductive trends in the novel equine model: investigations into anthropogenic environmental chemical exposure.' During this period, Imogen produced all illustrations and infographics for her thesis.

Assistant Scenic Artist
Producing infographics, illustrations, diagrams and logos, for personal, collaborative and independent research based and commercial projects. Also produced illustrations and graphics for social media, graphic novels, and commercial products.
Works as a part time assistant scenic artist and screen printer for film construction. Productions include Snow White (2025), Paddington in Peru (2024), House of the Dragon (season 2; 2024), The Day of the Jackal (2024), Death on the Nile (2022), Matilda: The Musical (2022), No Time to Die (2021), Aladdin (2019), Dumbo (2019), and Beauty and the Beast (2017).
